MejorSet builds premium padel courts in Alicante, Spain, since 2003. We are the official court provider for the biggest tournament worlwide, Premier Padel, and the International Padel Federation.
We sell in more than 75 markets through distributors, club chains, developers and investors. Now we want to grow deeper in the markets that matter most, account by account.
You'll join the international sales team as Key Account Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Sales EMEA & LATAM.
Take a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts and grow it. You'll build relationships meant to last, find new business and see each project through to signature, pulling in the internal team when it's needed.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow key international accounts: distributors, club chains, developers and investors
- Open new strategic accounts
- Prepare, present and negotiate proposals for projects of one court or many
- Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed contract
- Keep your pipeline, forecast and targets up to date
- Work with Back Office, Product, Projects, Operations and After Sales so every project is delivered as promised
- Visit clients and represent MejorSet at trade fairs, tournaments and international events
Profil recherché
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager or Business Development Manager in B2B
- A proven record with strategic accounts and large consultative sales
- Professional fluency in English and French
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationships that last
- The ability to run several opportunities at once and keep every one moving
- Autonomy, and ownership of your numbers
- Willingness to travel internationally
- You don't need a padel background. We'll teach you the product.

- Experience at international companies
- A background in sport, construction, equipment, commercial interiors, industrial or technical products
