How do you get paid, concretely?
For a single role, the search and the recommendation cost you nothing. Our fee, a single percentage of the gross annual salary, is stated on the first call and written into the contract before any commitment.
Why not just post on LinkedIn or Indeed?
Posting an ad mostly attracts candidates who are actively looking. We also start by contacting people who aren’t searching but may be open to the right opportunity.
What if the hire leaves quickly?
If they leave the role during the guarantee period, we restart the search and present a replacement, at no charge. The length of that guarantee is written into the contract we sign.
How long until a first shortlist?
The first profiles often arrive within a few days. Timing depends on the role and the market, but we start with our community, then our network in Valencia, then direct headhunting if the role calls for it.
Are you exclusive? Can I also hire directly?
For a single role, exclusivity is not required: you keep your channels, and you owe us nothing for a profile you found yourself. For several roles or a critical one, we can work on an exclusive basis with stronger commitments: we discuss it on the call.
